No tail visible. Seen with direct viewing in binoculars, but easier to see with indirect viewing in binoculars. Low altitude, 12 degrees. Magnitude reference objects: HIP 17856 and HIP 17120. Observed for about 12 minutes, towards the end the comet was difficult to see due to the light of dawn. No clouds and strong wind, 18m/s.
